The REAC Inspections have been rescheduled for later dates. The inspections were not conducted due to the inspector not having access to required information from HUD.
Once the inspector notifies us of the rescheduled dates, we will notify all residents. Pre-Inspections of units will be conducted by housing authority personnel; therefore, entrance into your apartment will be necessary.

A HEALTHY DIET
Diet is key. Eating three meals will keep you healthy and fat free. Having a balanced meal will keep you regular and water will flush toxins out of your body. A balanced meal includes: vegetables, meats and starch or grains.

Elmwood Resident Gets Highest ACT
Congratulations go out to Elmwood Resident, Tereem Johnson, recent graduate from the Booker T. Washington High School. He lives on Yancey Circle, and earned one of the highest ACT scores in Macon County, which only included 2 male students. Tereem will be matriculating in Tuskegee University this fall as a freshman.
Fieldcrest Block Party
The Tuskegee Seventh Day Adventist Church held a Block Party for the Fieldcrest and Lakeview Communities. The children enjoyed music, games, contests, food and lots of fun!
HOME SAFETY TIPS
All Housing Authority offices will be closed on Monday, May 30, 2016 in observance of Memorial Day.

First Family Meetings
The First Family meetings conducted by the Family Guidance Center meets the 4th Wednesday in each month from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m., in the Melvin Tatum Community Center.

The Ridgewood Resident Council meetings are held alternative Fridays at 11:00 a.m. in the Melvin Tatum Community Center.
