In light of the global Coronavirus pandemic, the Tuskegee Housing Authority will remain open during its normal operating hours. However, the agency is making the following adjustments for customer service:
A. All clients should telephone in service requests or other communication to speed service delivery and assistance from Housing Authority staff.
B. All Housing Authority lobbies are closed to the public at all office locations. Please call the number posted on the office door for service.
C. Anyone coming into a Housing Authority office location with a cough or persistent sneezing, will be asked to go outside until it is under control.
D. If a client is bringing children to their appointment, they should let the Housing Authority staff know ahead of time to make arrangements. At this time it is preferred that children remain at home or with someone within the vehicle that the client traveled.
E. At this time Rent can be taken by mail, with money order or check, or you may follow the directions at the office door.
